New Bern Farmers Market

Well, we had a busy holiday season, which is nothing unusual for us.  Between church, family, moving and work, we had plenty to do.  We participated in the holiday market at the Onslow County Farmers’ Market this year for the first time.  It was alot of fun, and we hope to do it again in 2015. 

In January, we were invited to start selling our products at the New Bern Farmers’ Market.  We have had a wonderful time meeting all the vendors, staff, and local patrons!  I didn’t know what to expect from a farmers market in the dead of winter, but I am very pleased.  If you have a chance to make it to downtown Newbern on a Saturday, I would encourage you to stop by the market.  All the booths have been full, with many of the vendors setting up outside.  There is quite a wide variety of products as well.  There are also lots of shops and restaurants available within walking distance of the market.  You could even visit Historic Tryon Palace, which is only a few blocks away.  We hope to see you there.
